 SPRING 2013
Krista Schneider course outlines: May 30th-June 3rd

WATERCOLOUR WITH MARKERS
In this full day course, you’ll learn the basics of using Tom-
bow markers as a watercolour medium.  The morning portion of the course focuses on technique, with a full lesson and exercises, as well as three beautiful projects. In the afternoon, we will put our knowledge to full use and create eight more projects, touching more advanced
ideas such as colour combinations, ground work, shadows/shading and more detailed images. As always, full instructions and colour guides will be provided, along with your pre-stamped, cut and assembled cards, paintbrushes and water tray.

COPIC
Whether you are a seasoned Copic marker aficionado or new to these gems, this full day course is
for you.
We begin in the morning with a very comprehensive overview of Copic markers, combined with ex-
tensive exercises to really become familiar with this technique.  The morning portion also includes the creation of one project.
The afternoon becomes more project-oriented, featuring six different and challenging creations.
We will use and enhance all the skills and techniques learned in the morning segment.
As always, full instructions and colour guides will be provide, along with your pre-stamped, cut and
assembled cards.

DISTRESS MARKERS
This two hour evening class will show you the ins and outs of Tim Holtz Distress Markers.  Don’t miss this great opportunity to incorporate something new into your colouring skill set and create two beauti-ful projects.
As always, full instructions and colour guides will be provide, along with your pre-stamped, cut and assembled cards, paintbrush and water tray.

INKTENSE
This two hour evening class will focus on Inktense Watercolour Pencils. They really are like no other watercolour pencil you have ever used.  They create a luscious, intense layer of colour, without the streakiness that can sometimes occur with a watercolour pencil.  This course features a full lesson, exercises and two lovely projects.
As always, full instructions and colour guides will be provide, along with your pre-stamped, cut and assembled cards, paintbrush and water tray.

MULTIMEDIA
In this two hour evening course, you will create your very own, one-of-a-kind piece of multimedia art
– from start to finish!  We’ll use gallery-depth 10” x 12” wood panels to sketch and then apply colour to a gorgeous poppy.  If you liked the pears last year, you’ll love the poppies this year!
We will be combining Copic markers, re-inkers and Multiliners along with Tombow watercolour techniques and even some Inktense!
If you really want to nourish your creative spirit, this class is for you!

I should have the "live" samples in the store by tomorrow if you want to drop in to see them.  They are always stunning!....If you want to see the times for these classes please go to  the link below.
